Type : Top View LED Light Bar Auto Test System

Top View LED Light Bar Auto Test System is designed for optical and electrical measurement of top view LED light bar. 

The system could measure color chromaticity (x, y / u’, v’) and luminous intensity of each LED on the light bar. 

To satisfy soft-board light bar module application, the system uses pick & place module for loading and unloading. Before auto moving to the optical test station, the system would check each LED’s position by auto vision identification. 

Users can observe test results through LCD monitor during the testing process. After testing, the system provides basic statistics and complete raw data for advanced analysis; the light bar will be binned by ink module at the same time.
