S880 can check the SMD LEDs’ defection when SMD LED packing into the reel. This machine through AOI(Automated Optical Inspection) technology to simulate the human eye and check the majority of LED defection such as reverse, dirty, damaged, stirring, offset, crack, no materials, scratched, bruised and etc in order to reduce the error checking by human eye. S880 can not only roll back the reel in the same direction, but also save the value of testing time. 

AOI software can integrate the testing data and shorten the parameter setting time. This not only improving the finished checkpoints detection speed but also reducing the personnel costs. Convenient replacement reel tape and defectives automatic label functions could flexibility to use. The S880 will meet the target customer if he would like to strive for the higher quality and lower cost.
