H542 Side View SMD LED Automatic Sorter is a new model specially designed by Chang-Yu Technology for SMD LED. It uses more advanced and stable transmission mechanism, which,together with testing apparatus develop by Chang-Yu, enable faster and reliable testing. H542 uses 5.4-inch touch-control color LCD to monitor the status of each material bin. The system employs a set of Circular Vibration turntable and Linear Vibration track for feeding material, which is to be snatched by a specially-designed nozzle before being sent to test stations. 

The tested material will be sent to the material dispensing station, where it will be put into different Bin, depending on the test results done by H542. Its red,yellow and green light indicates the operation status of the machine.(H542 also comes with replaceable fixtures and feeder that can be used with material of different specifications.)
