Developed by Chang-Yu Technology, the H600 Automated SMD LED Taping Machine is the latest automatic packaging machine for surface mount device type light emitting diodes (SMD LED). The H600 system uses a 5.4-inch touch-control color LCD, and displays the operating status in real-time with red, yellow and green indicator lights.

The system employs a circular vibrating turntable and linear vibration track set to feed the material, where the parts are snatched by a specially-designed nozzle and

sent to the test station for testing. After the electrode polarity of each component is determined, they are then transported to the feeding belt by the suction nozzle. The parts are then sent to the CCD test station to inspect the exterior of the SMD material. The parts which have passed the test are then thermally sealed. 

H600 system also comes with replaceablefixtures and vibration feeders that can be used to package materials of different specifications to meet with specific needs.
