H275 is a new development of CYT for SMD LED dispensing process equipment. The whole system includes automatic providing leadframe from magazine, preheating, dispensing, automatic receiving leadframe to magazine etc. 

For different specifications of leadframe dispensing or special needs, dispensing module can be controlled by using XYZ axis travel, flexibility in the dispensing controller and change kits. Operator can set dispensing method for different process needs, using the most efficient way to complete the work. Moreover, H275 interface with color LCD touch panel, operator can real-time monitor system for all state, through red, yellow and green LED display to remind the machine operation.
