Automated High Power LED Taping Machine(H366)

H366 is developed for High power LED automated taping.

H366 taps DUT after automated loads DUT with tube, moves DUT

forward by parallel vibration track, pick & places DUT to each

station by absorption device. H366 also has electricity test station

to tell apart the DUT with wrong direction or failed DUT and

automated put them into the No-Go tube.

H366 equipped with PLC control system and touch panel

interface to perform the real-time monitoring of binning result. The

RGB lighting indicator will show the operation status of system to

make operation management easier.
