COB（Chip on Board）single or multi-LEDs are encapsulated in leadframe with good diathermancy. It is to enhance heat dissipative performance to solve thermal problem. 

With continues needs in LED lighting application due to low heat resistance, low encapsulation cost and high lumen output, COB is increasing attached importance in recent years. 

H480 is semi-automated sorting machine with automated tube-in, manual tube-out. Optical and electrical tastings are operated by PC with UI interface. Database can generate statistic reports automatically (PDF and EXCEL formats transformable), review, print, save functions. It is to analyze and control error message. Testing conditions conform to CIE testing scheme.
